Cat's Ceramics "Come and get yer luvly pottery! Plates an' bowls. Cups an' saucers, Howsits and whatnots. Get them while they're hot. They're smashin'." So I'm hawking my wares. And who wouldn't want a hand painted, lovingly crafted, gently kissed piece of pottery. I've been working on my personal collection of house ware featuring the voluptuous Indy Cat and spiky Delenn Cat. That's 3 years of tormenting the good people at Our name is Mudd. Poor devils. Here's the deal: look at the splendid stuff to the left. Scroll down. Scroll up. Wolf whistle. Now decide if you'd like something exactly as pictured or something more tailored to your desires (no nudes, please). It'll be the cost of the plain piece, plus painting time and shipping. I'm figuring my time to be $30 an hour (which is ludicrously cheap as I spent 5 years at art school, you know). The selection of pieces varies, so I may not be able to guarantee availability. And they have more things than I've painted. The pieces themselves run to roughly: Small cup $12 Large mug, Small plates, Small bowls, Creamers $14 Cafe Au Lait (cup and saucer) $18 Tea for One, Vases $25 Large bowls, Casserole dishes $35 Remember: painting time is added to the per piece cost. An average cup or plate will take me about an hour. The tea for one's take 2-3 hours. When I take a commission I'll do my best to do it in a timely manner. So, give me a shout and we'll see what we can do! |
