Cthuloid Thing

by Mitch Waxman

One of the problems encountered in doing panel to panel continuity is that everything is designed with lettering in mind, and its drawn to layout size. This leaves the artist with a surfeit of "display" art. Such display art is handy for cover art and pin-ups, which are bread and butter to the comics artist. In an attempt to remedy this, at least once a month Mitch forces himself to draw "something". This was one of his more disturbing efforts.
